About the Great Dane

Great Danes are famously the gentlest of giant breeds. Despite the imposing size — adults stand taller than a person at the shoulder when on hind legs — they are calm, affectionate, and astonishingly tolerant with children.

They require villa space, moderate daily exercise (less than you'd expect for the size), and an owner mentally prepared for a dog this large. Short coat, minimal grooming, no climate-specific concerns beyond standard summer common sense.

We import Great Danes on order. Lifespan is shorter than smaller breeds — every year with a Dane is precious.
