Bernese Mountain Dogs were Swiss farm dogs — pulling carts, watching over children, and lying beside the family fire. That working-farm-and-family heritage shows in every Berner we place — they are calm, deeply loyal, and exceptional with children.
We import Berners from Swiss and German breeder partners. They are not suited to UAE summer outdoor life and require villa-level indoor space and committed climate management. Owners must plan for cool indoor temperatures and limited outdoor exposure in the hot months.
The shorter lifespan of the breed is the one honest thing every Berner family needs to plan for. We work with each family to make every year a great one.
