About the Dachshund

Originally bred to flush badgers, the Dachshund still has the courage and stubbornness of a dog three times their size. Modern doxies are companions first, hunters in retirement, and they fit Dubai apartment life beautifully — small enough for any home, vocal enough to feel like a guard dog, low enough on the ground to find every dust bunny.

We offer Standard from our trusted local breeder network, and import Miniature and Long-Hair varieties from European partners on order. Long-Hair Dachshunds in rare merle patterns are our most-requested specialty piece and require a 50% deposit with a four-to-eight week lead time.

Back health is the one thing every Dachshund owner needs to plan for. Stairs are best avoided in the early months and keeping them lean adds years to their life.
